These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of construction and remodeling services (“Services”) by Denver Premier Contractors LLC. (“Contractor,” “we,” or “us”) to you (“Client” or “you”).


1. Scope of Services

Denver Premier Contractors LLC. provides interior and exterior residential remodeling services as well as new construction projects throughout Los Angeles, CA.

2. Client Engagement
-All projects require a signed written contract before work is scheduled.

-A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required upon signing to secure your place in our construction calendar.

-We follow a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for proposals, approvals, and project scope confirmation.

3. Promotional Offers – 3D Backyard Design

Periodically, Denver Premier Contractors LLC. may offer promotional services to enhance the client experience. One such offer is our “3D Backyard Design”, which includes a conceptual 3D rendering of your outdoor space.


This design service is offered at no charge only if the client proceeds to sign a construction agreement with BNC Builders Inc. for the implementation of the design. If the client chooses not to move forward with Denver Premier Contractors LLC. after receiving the 3D design, a design fee of $3750 may apply to cover the cost of time and resources invested. The design remains the property of Denver Premier Contractors LLC. until a construction agreement is signed, after which it may be included as part of the deliverables.

This offer is subject to change or cancellation at any time, and availability may depend on project scope, scheduling, and location.

4. Payment Terms

-Payment schedules vary based on project scope and timeline.

-Details will be included in your project agreement.Late or non-payment will result in a pause of all work until the balance is resolved.

-In the event of non-payment, Denver Premier Contractors LLC. reserves the right to file a lien against the property in accordance with Colorado law.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We offer warranties up to 15 years, depending on the nature and type of the project. Material warranties may also be provided by the manufacturer. Warranty terms will be outlined in your specific project contract.

6. Limitations of Liability

Denver Premier Contractors LLC. is not liable for:

-Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

-Delays caused by inclement weather, client-supplied materials, or third-party vendors.

-Project interruptions resulting from client non-compliance or changes made outside the scope of the signed agreement.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved first through mediation. If mediation fails, both parties may seek further resolution in accordance with Colorado law.

8. Licensing and Insurance

Denver Premier Contractors LLC. is:

-Licensed, bonded, and insured in the State of California.

-Covered by general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.

9. Termination or Cancellation

-Clients may cancel the project within 3 calendar days of signing the contract for a full refund of the deposit.

-Cancellations made after the 3-day grace period do not guarantee the return of the deposit.

-Denver Premier Contractors LLC. reserves the right to terminate any contract due to breach of agreement or non-payment.

10. Subcontractors

We may use subcontractors for portions of your project. Clients will be notified if subcontractors are involved

11. Privacy & Communications

Clients may contact Denver Premier Contractors LLC through our website or email: [email protected] Personal data collected (name, email, phone number, address) is used strictly for communication and project-related purposes, and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

12. Changes to Terms

Denver Premier Contractors LLC. reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.

13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
